Ad Operations Coordinator

Digital Media- Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), a global leader in Christian programming and humanitarian relief, is seeking an Ad Operations Coordinator to optimize and coordinate online advertising campaigns for both external clients and CBN’s own in-house campaigns.  They will review and implement all online advertising campaigns, forecast site traffic, manage ad inventory levels, assist in campaign optimization, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and related digital and marketing teams.  

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in online media/internet space industry
  • Working knowledge of Marketing, Advertising, Business, and Computer Science
  • Working knowledge of Ad Serving systems is a plus (e.g. DoubleClick, Atlas, Open AdStream, ADTECH) 
  • Attention to detail, excellent project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Interest in media, technologies and desire to stay informed of new trends 
  • Ability to take initiative, handle and prioritize duties and enjoy the challenge
  • Understanding of statistics and web analytics 
  • Ability to organize and interpret large amounts of campaign performance data
  • Direct Marketing experience a plus
  • Experience working in non-profit sector a plus
