The 15:17 to Paris Shines "Light" on Faith in New Teaser

The 15:17 to Paris movie, cr: Keith Bernstein

Legendary director Clint Eastwood's upcoming thriller, The 15:17 to Paris, is the highly anticipated retelling of what happened on April 21, 2015, when three Americans tourists thwarted a terrorist attack on a train bound for the City of Lights.

Those young men, Anthony Sadler, Oregon National Guardsman Alek Skarlatos, and U.S. Air Force Airman First Class Spencer Stone, became heroes not only to the passengers on Thalys train #9364, but to the world. Now, their bravery is going to be on the big screen. And these three friends, who risked it all to save a train full of men, women, and children, are the stars of the Warner Bros. film.

You read that right. In a bold move, Eastwood cast these real-life heroes as themselves. It's going to be interesting. Very interesting, indeed.

If you're curious (like I am) to see this one, check out this exclusive clip -- first posted here on CBN.com. It's a sneak peek that suggests this true-story movie will feature the faith that continues to inspire these courageous men.

The 15:17 to Paris: "Light"

The 15:17 to Paris is rated PG-13 (for bloody images, violence, some suggestive material, drug references and language) and opens in theaters nationwide on February 9, 2018.
