Please carefully read the following information on how you can take part in the CBN Radio Christmas Trivia Challenge – and you might win two Samsung Galaxy Tablets as our grand prizewinner or a $25 Amazon Gift Card as a daily winner. Only participants who have met all of the requirements will be eligible to be chosen as winners.

Who is Eligible for CBN Radio’s Christmas Trivia Challenge?

The CBN Radio Christmas Trivia Challenge is open to residents of the 50 states of the U.S., or District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of CBN or any of its affiliated organizations, along with their immediate family members (parents and children, guardians and wards) and/or those living in the same household as each are not eligible to win any prize.   

How to Enter:

Beginning December 3, 2018 at 09:01:00 AM (ET) through December 14, 2018 at 11:59:00 PM (ET) go to CBN.com/radio and complete the online entry information. As part of your entry, you must provide a valid e-mail address where you can be reached from 12/4/18 through 12/15/18. By providing your e-mail address, you are consenting to the use of this e-mail address by CBN, CBN Radio, The 700 Club, 700 Club Interactive, CBN.com, Superbook and their respective production companies or their representatives to e-mail you in connection with this contest. Limit one entry per day per person/email address irrespective of the method of entry.

How the Winner Will Be Chosen:

The CBN Radio Christmas Trivia Challenge consists of submitting a fully completed entry form found at CBN.com/radio.  Additionally, entrants must answer a daily trivia question correctly to be eligible for the grand prize.  All entrants will be eligible for daily prizes irrespective of answering the daily trivia question correctly. All winners will be drawn randomly from entries that are giveaway eligible. CBN has sole and absolute determination in choosing the winner and CBN’s decision will be final.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value and Odds of Winning:

(1) Grand Prize will be awarded on Monday, December 17, 2018 – two Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6” 16 GB Wifi Tablet (ARV $198 ea.). (2) Twelve $25 Amazon Gift Cards (ARV $25 ea.) will be awarded, one per day during the two-week duration of the giveaway. Odds of being chosen as a winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. 

Conditions of Participation:

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted, but in the event of unavailability, CBN will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of CBN, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility Liability and where legally permissible a /Publicity Release within three business days of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate prizewinner.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CBN and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold CBN, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the contest. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize. CBN is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.

If the original e-mail to a potential prizewinner is not responded to by the potential prizewinner within designated time (three business days), that entry will be returned to the entry pool and an alternate entrant (in order of selection) may be selected until one (1) entrant is reached. CBN is not responsible or liable for computer error or any technical malfunctions of the Internet service provider’s (ISP) network.

CBN is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, CBN reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In the event the online portion of the promotion must be cancelled for any reason, remaining entrants will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received at time of online termination and all e-mailed entries.
